1. We have some very good news in that well-deserved thanks to people like Calgary MLA Jeremy Nixon, our Alberta government has recognized that vaping helps us stay away from tobacco, and have declared that we are an essential service to Albertans.

2. Effective April 1st. To keep it simple, both stores will be now opening at 11am and closing at 7pm, Monday through Sunday - 7 days a week.
3. We've implemented some further measures in both stores to reduce contact risks and help encourage social distancing rules:
- We've implemented markings to help with social distancing
- We are eliminating cash sales temporarily
- We are stopping handling of products temporarily. If you'd like to inspect a product, please understand we are asking that only staff handle the products until purchase.
- Though it should go without saying, if you have a cough, cold, or any other symptoms of any kind, please take advantage of our online store, or if you'd like to pick up your order, please call your nearest Haze location.
- Of course we are continuing with our regimen of cleaning, sanitizing and handwashing, as well as avoiding use of the tester bar.
4. Local Delivery: If you live in the Calgary area, we can arrange delivery of your order. Shipping on our website is free on orders over $50 ($7.50 on orders under $50), if you'd prefer to call your order in, we can arrange delivery as well. Out of fairness for our online customers, the same conditions will apply.
5. Local Pickup: Due to our website showing only inventory from our main store, we ask that pickup orders for the Deer Valley location be called in. This will ensure we have the product available. We will create the order, and let you know your order will be ready in a few minutes. We would recommend calling ahead of time to reduce any possible waiting.
Please provide a description of your vehicle, and we will bring a payment terminal to you, ensuring that it is wiped down with a disinfectant wipe before use. "Tap" is available and of course recommended.
Should you prefer a pickup with absolutely minimal contact, we would recommend placing the order online where you can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit or eTransfer - the order can then be arranged for pickup at our Macleod Trail location. If you call ahead before arrival, we can bring your order to your vehicle.
6. Product availability: Most hardware comes from China. This means there have been shortages of hardware product, and this many continue for some time yet.
Additionally, some eliquid manufacturers have slowed production, or in some cases shut down temporarily, either due to provincial legislation or staff shortages. Luckily some of our more popular brands such as True Northern, Fruit, Just, Nut, Diamond Dust, Rudeboy and Capz are all lab-produced locally, and we will be able to maintain decent inventory of them.
